ABOUT BHAWE

BHAWE is an Indian brand exploring natural textiles, traditional craftsmanship, cultural heritage and thoughtful design.

Our products may incorporate natural fibres, traditional textile techniques, handcrafted processes, natural dyes or other artisanal methods. Because of the nature of these materials and processes, variations in colour, texture, weave, finish and appearance may occur.

Such variations may be a natural characteristic of the product and should not automatically be considered defects.

At present, BHAWE may use payment providers including Razorpay for eligible domestic transactions and PayPal or another authorised payment provider for eligible international transactions.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's location and transaction.

Payment information is processed through the applicable payment provider's systems. BHAWE does not intentionally store complete card information on its own systems.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information and for ensuring that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by you at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

NATURAL & HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS

BHAWE may work with natural textiles, traditional techniques and handcrafted processes.

As a result, no two pieces may always be completely identical.

Variations may include:

  • Slight differences in colour;
  • Weave irregularities;
  • Texture variations;
  • Minor differences in print or dye;
  • Small variations in measurements;
  • Handcrafted marks; and
  • Other characteristics resulting from the production process.

Where these characteristics are consistent with the nature of the product described on the Website, they are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

However, this section does not exclude remedies for products that are genuinely defective, materially different from their description, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer rights.
