General Guidelines

Products must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.

Items must have original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Jewelry, hair accessories, travel accessories, mending kits, brooches, face masks, handkerchiefs, paintings, buntings, and BhaWe Lock-up & Re-create products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Pre-draped sarees cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased at our workspace are eligible for return or exchange only at the workspace within 5 business days.

Alterations for blouses/customized orders will be done only once. Further alterations and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

BhaWe Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

A credit note, if issued, will be valid for 11 months from the date of issuance.
Coupon Code Returns

If you use coupon codes such as VWFPG5, VWB3G5, VWB5G10, or VWB10G15:

Returning any item from the order will void the entire offer.

Only size exchange is permitted.

If size exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued.

No refunds will be processed in such cases.
International Orders

No return or exchange policy applies for international customers.

If you still wish to return a product, you must ship it at your own cost. Upon receiving and passing quality checks (with tags intact), a refund or store credit will be issued.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Defective or Tampered Product

Report defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing deals@bhawe.com with your Order ID and defect images.

Upon verification, we will issue a refund or credit note. No replacements will be sent.

If the package appears tampered, do not accept it. Take a photo and email us immediately.

If you accept a tampered package, we are not responsible for the contents inside.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

International shipping typically takes 7–10 business days.

Orders are shipped via DTDC/ARAMEX based on destination.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are charged at actual.

If you have a shipping account, we can ship using your account details.
Import Duties & Taxes

VAT/Sales tax and import duties may apply depending on your country.

Fabric Orders
-
Fabric orders will be shipped as running lengths (not cut into pieces).

Due to the nature of handloom weaving, each fabric roll is produced in limited quantities. Fabric rolls may range between 11 to 18 meters per unit, depending on the weave, yarn, and loom setup. This is a standard limitation of authentic hand-woven textiles.

We take utmost care to maintain consistency in weave and color across rolls; however, minor variations in texture, color tone, or length are inherent to handcrafted fabrics and are a mark of their authenticity. For bulk or custom orders, additional rolls may be required to meet total meterage requirements.
